1. Booking & Retainer

A non-refundable (25%) retainer is required to lock in your date and time. No session is confirmed until the retainer is received.

2. Payments

The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of the shoot. Content will not be delivered until full payment is completed.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You are allowed one reschedule with at least 48-hour notice.

Retainers are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of all payments.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 5–10 business days.

Rush edits may be available for an additional fee.

5. Creative Direction & Editing

By booking, you trust and accept the creative direction and editing style of RiqueShotIT.

Raw/unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients must arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals will cut into your session time and will not extend your booking.

7. Content Usage

All delivered content is for personal or agreed business use only.

You may not alter, heavily edit, or apply filters to the content without permission.

8. Brand Rights

RiqueShotIT reserves the right to use all content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed prior to the shoot.

9. Liability

Rique Visuals is not responsible for any unforeseen issues beyond control (weather, equipment failure, location restrictions, etc.), but every effort will be made to deliver quality content.

10. Agreement

By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
